Explanation / Answer
Such changes will impact the organization positively with increased sales and own brand recognition. However some hurdles in the way is that whether customer will like the own brands products, will it improve sales? Such questions are natural but without risk company cannot change its position.
It will take time like 6 months to one year to analyse the customer opinion on the product. But, it needs proper support of organization and the employees for making change in the organization and follow up to keep the changes update and if any problem rises can be tackled properly.
