(a) this is an observational study , the researcher doesn’t have any control over the variables, only interviewed them , wheteas in experimental study , the researcher divides the variables under study into two groups ( contro and treatment) and applies treatment over them and records the results.

(b) conclusion on the based of sample results is not justified, the researcher need to do hypothesis testing based on the sample data and then come to the conclusion about the significant effect of exercise on blood pressure
