Explanation / Answer

This value is calculated by sqrt of sample population mean

i.e 44 = 6.63

however this is not the right method instead the sample standandard deviation i.e 8 should be used as denominator

and the calculation should be (70-44)/8 = 3.25 standard deviation from the mean.
