Task: Your team is responsible for supervising a Fourth of July BBQ for me. I’ve invited ten couples that will include 5 children. Unfortunately, I will be returning home shortly before the festivities are scheduled to begin so I need your help. As you can see, I’ve listed the food I want to serve and the equipment I have available to prepare/serve them. The party will be in my backyard.
Your task is to provide written, detailed instructions for the purchasing, preparation, and serving of all items on the menu. This includes writing the shopping list, all preparation instructions for items (this may include recipes), and the timeline for preparation so that all the food is prepared and warm/chilled to begin our party at 2:00pm. Guests will start arriving at 1:30pm. The party will last until 6:00pm.
