The best position would be to start with the Medical Office Manager and it is suitable because after the associate degree the person is well versed in the areas like patients insurance, client management, and finance. So the person can take that role and try to improve the skills to get promoted to the role of senior manager. The salary for the manager role is also good even for the beginners. I will start looking for this job on career websites like LinkedIn, monster.com and indeed.com. They are a very good source of job advertisements and I can filter the jobs based on my needs. I can create my profile and post my resume so that the employees can search and contact me if they find a fit. The option is by networking and looking for someone in my network who can refer me and set an interview. The other option is to attend the events where my target companies are participating and then contact the HR attending the event to create a good impression and also to give my resume to them. I can also take the help of my college alumni and ask them if they find a suitable job for my profile in their company.
