The new position also comes with company perks like, usage of a company car phone, Microsoft Surface laptop. Additionally, the position comes with usage of tie coumpany airplane when meeting clients overseas. You will also be privileged with baving usage of the company credit card. With this new position, it will be your responsibility to write up any administrator that you teel is aot competing and meeting goals. However, once again, these are administrators that once managed you. This will also be the team that you work with ou special projects. It was the special projects that got you your promotion! Promotion, growth and development are the few important aspects that an employee desire from an organization and as the promotion has been offered to be based on the performance and efforts that I have put in for the organization, therefore I will be accepting such an opportunity with open arms not only for self growth and interest but also to serve the organization better as it has served me for these years. As part of the position that has been offered it is my responsibility to monitor and control administrators who have been my seniors at one point of time and there are also individuals who have given me the opportunity to work and as they have taught me the importance of professionalism in the work place I will follow that and will try to maintain the basic expectation of the organization from me and the team.

In order to maintain the basic expectations I may have to take actions which are not very pleasant but that is expected of me because I will maintain the basic discipline and decorum of the workplace and that will be done irrespective of any discrimination. Yes, I may write up administrators who are in my team and even administrators who have once managed me because it is my duty and the organizations is paying me for that but before writing up I would like to make the team aware of what I expect from them and the attitude and decorum that they need to maintain in the workplace and that should not affect any personal relationship that we may possess because even they need to understand that it is my work that I am doing. I would make the process a bit lenient because I believe in employee well being and therefore if there is any issue regarding an employee for quite some time, fair opportunities will be given to the employee and even if there is no improvement I will try to find the root cause myself and then may write up because that is part of my job and even I am answerable to people.
