The search of top talents produce high level of professionalism, this traits help the market and economy to grow with skills. Turkey is an emerging market, so that the utilization of innovative minds needs individualism in firms. Talents are key factors of emerging markets and we need to nurture the talents so that firms need to find talents and for this purpose, firms supports individualism.

2- The diversity is an important factors of economic as well as social growth, emerging markets needs diverse approach because ideas generation is a most important part of emerging market. Turkish economy facing lack of diversity so that the government and market companies creating diverse culture in economy. Male and Females, both are the part of country and both needs multidimensional developments so that market is promoting cultural and gender diversity in this field.

3- Any emerging market need demand and supply to grow in speed, we cannot stick with one or two products because they can established monopoly and we also cannot survive for a long time without product diversity. The Turkish market experienced different kind of tastes, clothing and machinery, this product diversity engage large number of buyers which helped the economy to grow.

4- Connectedness with culture is good but if we learn about different cultures and traditional values, we can get new ideas, tastes and products which increase the rate of growth and also connects to world market system. Cultural diversity also attracts people to be a part of market and society which is very important to develop a new way of economy.

5- Turkey is not likely to be a conservative society as well as economy, the cultural diversity and adaptation engage people from outside the country which improve the economic growth. New development belongs to new ideas, demands and production, these are key parts of emerging markets.
