1)Humanistic theory discusses the self-awareness and self-realization of a person. It studies the growth of the person in a specific growth promoting climate. It studies the behavior and the growth of the person in a specific environment under proper conditions with all the available infrastructure and facilities.

4)Lexical hypothesis includes the analysis of the differences in the features, attributes and the characteristics of the people which becomes evident in the use of the their language and words in everyday life. It was given by American psychologists HS Odbert and Gordon Allport. They further devised the 16PF personality profile questionnaire containing different adjective words.

5)Raymond Cattell designed the factorial test which included a set of 16 features and characteristics which define the personality of the person in life. These are included in the psychology tests. He studied the variance and differences in the personality of the persons involved in the survey.

6) The big 5 theory includes the points like agreeableness, extraversion, conscientiousness, neuroticism and openess to experiance.

Openess to experiance: It includes the ability of a person to interact with the people in the society for example friends.

Extroversion is the confidence a person has while facing the various situations in life. These person are open to the experiances they face in every life and communicate and interact with people in everyday life. It brings out the leadership qualities in life. The example include the availability of high income and early settlement in life.

Neuroticism includes the negative attitude at work which brings out depression, anxiety and stress in life.

7)The three ways to assess the personality of the person includes:Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory test, Rorschach inkblot test and Thematic apperception test (TAT).

MMPI-It includes a set of true false questions which identify the personality of the person and accordingly gives a scaling analysis.

Rorschach inkblot test-It gives the analysis of the personality of a person by understanding a specific pattern in the form of inkblots.

Thematic Apperception test- Gives a measure of the personality of the person depending upon writing specific thoughts in total isolation.

8) Yes , there is a biological basis of the five-factor model which states that there are physciological factors and traits which describe the personality of a person. It includes the heritability and inheritance in life of the genes which influence the various physical attributes of a person in life.
