Explanation / Answer

1.Procedural Memory

It is the memory for skills that people know how to do.It is a kind of long term memory. This memory kind of automatic,we no need to be conscious about this memory. We can use this memory without any kind of recall and rehearsal.

As example

Riding a by-cycle is the perfect example of Procedural memory. We all have learned how to ride a by-cycle in the childhood or adulthood. we are not able to forget this learning easily because it is a long-term memory. It is a skill of riding cycle that we know how to do. We dont need to be conscious while riding a Bi-cycle. It is kind of automatic fumctionig,in which we do not need to use our recall or rehearsal to remember anything.

But the procedural memory is easy to learn but it is very difficult to explain how we have learned this skill. Such as we know how to ride a cycle, but when someone asks how we learned to ride a Bi-cycle it becomes very difficult to explain them what was the actual learning process of this skill.
