1) Comment on the completed relaxation exercise – Which one did you complete? Was it easy for you? How did you feel before, during, and after completing the exercise?
2) Why are deep breathing, meditation, and other relaxation exercises helpful for reducing stress? In other words, what do they do specifically to the mind and also the body that reduces our stress levels? Hint: In order to receive full credit I am looking for you to reference some of the physiological effects of stress on the body from the articles and how deep breathing and relaxation exercises can reverse or alter those effects.

Explanation / Answer
1) Relaxation exercises help in reducing stress on the human body, relieves the body during anxiety, releases extra harmful energy from the human body,and increases the concentration of a person after doing work with new rejuvenated energy inside the human body. There are various types of relaxation exercises like deep breathing, meditation, visualization and progressive muscle relaxation. Deep breathing is a very effective exercise and it relaxes the human body. Deep breathing relaxes are body with fuller and slower breathes in life. The person feels happy ,calm, mentally peaceful in a serene environment with full energy and concentration in life.
2)Meditation relaxes the body with feeling of cooling and calm nature with complete mental balance in life. It involves worshipping deity and chanting mantra in life with complete peace of mind.Muscle relaxation relaxes the tension in muscles with complete relaxation and rejuvenation of energy inside the body after stress and force which exhausts the energy resources inside the muscles causing metabolites to accumulate inside the human body.
3) We can reduce stress by concentrating on various exercises like Yoga which relaxes and creates a good vibrational energy inside the body with a feeling of freshness. It relaxes the muscles of the body by improving the circulation of blood inside the human body. The oxygen reaches the various parts and organs of the human body and improves circulation by providing energy for the metabolic reactions inside the cell.It helps in preventing various diseases like cardio-vascular diseases and obesity in life. The force and tension on the body is decreased during relaxation after exercises which initiates the process of energy generation for the metabolic processes inside the human body.
