Explanation-1) According to my rating in this scale I can say that Integrity, Loyalty, accountability and self-discipline capacity are my strength as a leader. Because I believe that a leader should be very integrated, loyal, accountable and Self-disciplined. A group can be benefitted if a leader has these abilities.
I am very much integrated about my work and duties. I am physically active and very much energetic. I cam harmony between my goals of life and social rules of conduct. So I can say that Integrity is my strength.
I am very much loyal to my group and also to my group’s member. I never like to hide anything from my group members. So I consider loyalty as my Strength.
I am very much accountable in my nature and I believe that an accountable person is very much appreciated as a group leader. I can always explain the reason for doing something. I believe in trust and equal rights. I always ready to explain why I did something. So I can say that Accountability is my kind of strength as a leader.
I am very much self-disciplined in nature, I like to do everything on a specific time. Not only that I am very much punctual about my duties which I consider as my strength. A leader also needs to be Self-Disciplined to make his group disciplined.
These all are my strength as a leader.
2) My potential weakness as a leader are low level of Preparedness and Patience.
Because in nature I am an anxious person who is not ready to fight in all kind of situation. Preparedness is a quality of readiness in all kind of situation especially for wars. I don’t have this quality as a leader what I consider as my potential weakness.
Not only that I don’t have much patience. I am very much anxious about my activities and I always expect an instant and quick result. This is a potential weakness of mine as a leader because a leader should have patience in any kind of situation.
