Blister converting to honey-coloured scab or crust located near lips is a characteristic feature of impetigo.

2. It is caused by Staphylococcus aureus.

3. Scalded skin syndrome.

The complication which can arise out of it is Staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome. In newborns, the severe form of the disease is called Ritter's disease and the milder form is called pemphigus neonatorum.

The toxin is exfoliative (epidermolysis) toxin.
