Informal Experiment: A vegan diet which is the elimination of diary and meat from your diet and supposed to help with a lot of different diagnoses. My brother is diagnosed with high blood pressure, he currently takes a daily medicine for his high blood pressure. He has been eating meat with every meal as well as daily consumption of dairy. The plan is to eliminate meat and dairy two weeks to determine if blood pressure will go down and if he will lose any weight. The next month continue with eating dairy and meat and check blood pressure and weight to if the blood pressure and weight increases. The blood pressure levels and weight will be checked at the end of each month.
