Healthcare delivery system is the system which having the peoples involved in providing the services related to the health. It contains the doctors, specialist, nurses, staffs who take care of patients, patients, drug providers etc.
There are many types of delivery systems in the health care such are:
I have chosen a health care delivery system i.e. Rescue services and Emergency services for the study. The Association I have chosen is Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care (AAAHC). A private but not profit organization which take cares of the Ambulatory services to the patients in need. I have chosen this organization for the basis of the paper because of the many reasons. The first reason is due to increase in the population and the diseases the need of ambulatory services increased. It is much in demand to serve the patient. As the pollution has increased the number of patients with severe health issues. It is the challenging job for the staff of Ambulatory services to provide the necessary equipment’s and care related things inside it. Its availability should be 24*7. So, Time is very important and crucial. The resources availability is always present. They are the cost-effective organizations as well as flexible. They use the collaborative approach to the accreditation.
The type of patient which are severed by this organization are those who are severe conditions or they need immediate treatments. These patients are in their critical condition urgently need the care. They can get access to the service by the immediate contact. The patients can get registered in prior if he is in serious conditions or in need in future. The way of the communication can be either direct or indirect. The direct communication is person to the staff of the service provider. The indirect is via telephone lines or digital media. It is purely based on the patient’s choice. The effect is that if the patient is registered before then the availability is always possible but if it registered in the critical condition without prior intimation then they may not have the availability of the Ambulatory services. The insurance cover can be claimed in advance so that there won’t be any burden on the consumers. This would financially benefit the organization as well as the patient as for the treatment finance is needed.
The difference of this health care service with other health care such as this health care provide the services to the severe condition patients but others have the advantage of having all kind of patients. As this provides the services at the emergency situation so it is very risky type of treatment. The other process has the proper procedure of checkup and process the result. This is less beneficiary in comparison to others as others have the time to get the insurance claim and benefits. Its effectiveness is limited to the targeted patients as here the target is only severe patients.

This definition has been met by the service which I have chosen as the emergency services cares the patients when they are in need so the patient is satisfied social as they are getting extra care from the organization. This is a kind of metal satisfaction as they have been treated in the proper manner. When the patient is mentally and socially satisfied then the physical problems soon leave the patient. As the mentally satisfied patient has been cured easily. This service makes up the mind of the patient that they can be cured and are safe immediately than other types of the services.
