Explanation / Answer

Those who wear cloths that completely cover their entire body will get the lower vitamin D; and those who wore the cloths that do not cover their entire body and eat vitamin D-rich foods such as milk or oily fish get enough vitamin D. The vitamin D measure of 30 nanograms per milliliter of blood or the 1000 international units of vitamin D per day is considered sufficient to be healthy person. According to research data reveals that the most conservatively dressed women have vitamin D levels as low as 4.5ng/ml of blood therefore they experience bone pain, fractures, muscle weakness, and depression. Furthermore, Vitamin D occurs in natural food like egg, milk etc and to get enough amount of vitamin D will have to have lots of vitamin D rich food, but if spend few minute in the sunshine our body would make more than enough vitamin D. hence it is necessary to expose to the sunshine. In the case of very conservative women wore cloths that covers entire body resulting in unable to exposure of sunshine hence will experience bone pain, fractures, muscle weakness, and depression
