1. When temperature rises, the body dissolves sweat to stay cool but if humidity is high the moisture present in environment slows down this process. When body can't cool, temperature rises and you can become ill.

2. The most common heat disorder is heat exhaustion. The symptoms of heat exhaustion include confusion, dark coloured urine (dehydration), dizziness, fainting and fatigue etc.

3. The steps include drink plenty of fluid (avoid caffeine and alcohol), remove any tight or unnecessary clothing, take a cool shower, bath, or sponge bath, apply other cooling measures such as fans or ice towels.

4. Body produces sweat which evaporized by taking the heat from body and thus produces hypothermia.

5. Heat and perspiration through the usual physiological mechanism is the physiological basis for the body's susceptibility to a cold disorder.
