Duchenne Muscular Dystophy (DMD) is a genetic disorder due to muscle weakness & degenaration.
DMD is cause due to lack of dystrophin protein.
Symptoms of DMS are showing in early age, in which late walker, increase volum of calf muscle.
Diffidulties in walking, cliaming stairs & running
DMS started in teen or early adulthood in which mild skeletal muscle weakness or cardiac effects.
Existing strategise against DMD are gene therapy, exon skipping, gene repair.
After the many research studies it was proved that DMD cure by inserting new gene of Dystrophin Protein & controlling genetic reading.
