I read that drinking a lot of water makes your face thinner, for a fact. This is because the more water you drink, the less water your body retains in your face.I weigh 170 lbs, 6’0” male. The amount of water I’m supposed to drink per day is 11 cups based on my weight.
My question is, am I supposed to drink more than 11 cups of water a day for me to get a thinner face? Or am I supposed to drink just 11 cups a day? What does research mean by “drinking a lot of water”?
