Consider the following question regarding leadership: Are individuals born with advanced traits or are there factors associated with their upbringing and environment that create qualities others are willing to stand behind and follow? Leaders are not born but made. Every humanbeing can become a leader according to the way they live and learn things. Leadership has nothing to do with DNA or any other thing related to birth. Th equalities we develop and the way we grow makes us what we are. A person who tries to learn something from everything and a person who can guide people to do things is a leader. Leadership which is honest and open to followers is called authentic leadership and it is a learnt quality. Hnece anyperson can become a leader no matter what their birth status is .
