The princess, recently married, lived in a large an luxurious castle with her husband, a powerful and wealthy lord. The young princess was not content, however, to sit and eat strawberries by herself while her husband took frequent and long journeys to neighboring kingdoms. She felt neglected and soon became quite unhappy. One day, while she was alone in the castle gardens, a handsome vagabond rode out of the forest bordering the castle. He spied the beau- tiful princess, quickly won her heart, and carried her away with him. Following a day of dalliance, the young prin- cess found herself ruthlessly abandoned by the vagabond. She then discovered that the only way back to the castle led through the bewitched for- est of the wicked sorcerer. 1- Beutiful princes was inside the organization and the vagabond was outside the organization. The boundaries were that the princes should not meet the vagabond and the castle was the boundray from where she should not step out.
2- The princes herself is responsible for her death. Because what she did was by herself only believing a vagabond.
3-Next most responsible is the lord, husband of the princes. He should keep his wife happy. Least is the godfather.
4- The criteria was who commited mistakes that were unethical and whose moral wisdom led to which situation.
5- I will suggest that husband should despite of having busy schedule, give proper time to their wife and keep them happy.Other one is one should not carried out by the emotions and love initially shownby outsiders.
6- Organizational development and changes are necessity for the time. All the individuals associated with the organization should change themselves according to the chnage of the organization. Initially it will be difficult and complex to adopt but later everyone will be acquinted.
