I have to do an assigment in c++ that read a list of grades from a text file. the file will be usre-specified. I will the print put the list of grades in ascending order with again the number of A's, B's, C's, D's, F's and the highest, lower grades and average. then you will print the list in descending order with agian the number of A's, B's etc. and hghest, lower grade and average. for ascending order using, for ascending Selection Sort and for descending Bubble Sort.
