Consider a topic or issue in your life where you would like to see change. Think about how you might lead a group to that future. Based upon the article we read for discussion, write the vision speech you would deliver to engage your group. This will likely take 3 - 5 pages. Changes in education system
Education is a need of every child in the world and it the right of every student to have atleast elementary education.Without education the child will not be able to earn his livelihood.But now-a-deys we are noticing that education system is proving to be a burden on the students.A lot is taught to a child of kindergarten who is still not able to understand it because he does not have developed that kind of mind which can grasp all such things.
A change in the education system is needed because childern are not able to cope up with the problems in their life and we are noticing a gradual increase in the cases of suicide among the students who are in school.The childern are our future and we have to deal with this situation on top priority because we cannot loose our little one just for the reason that they are not able to face the pressure in school.
There are various ways which are needed to change the education system:
1.Basic knowledge must me put at front: Education is imparted for the overall development of the child.Education is an end itself it is not a mean to acheive anything.Education must be imparted in a manner that put the students develpoment at front foot.The main aim of the education system must focus upon the development of the various qualities in a child like cooperation,humanity,friendship etc. so that he can present himself in the society as a nice person .
2. Practical knowledge must be given importance;Bookish knowledge is only useful for clearing the examination but this is not long lasting.True education means that education which rest with the child in every aspect of child's life till his maturity.
3.Education for all:The subjects must be choosed keeping in mind the capabilities of an average child .There are various types of students some can grasp things easier and someone cannot.Education for all must be focussed.
4.Curriculum must focus on overall development of chils which must enhance the overall develpoment of a child.
5.Teachers play a very crucial role in the life of a child.It is duty of a teacher to help the child in every aspect so that the child cab be able to face the challenges of life.
These all are ways which are very important for today's education system so that our child can be able to face the challenges of life.
