I really liked the way you enhanced what I’ve written but if possible you can enhance the distribution mix of the inventory to say that the product will be available all the time and will never get out of stock. We have introduced a new product which we have effectively priced at 89 Saudi Riyals. The price at which the product is placed has been taken into consideration, after extensive market research, it has been shown to have better ingredients and softer synthetics which have allowed the product to be used by all skin types without a problem. It will be exclusively marketed at the biggest malls in the country because this where the target market resides. The product will not be available online for the reason that the product can be tested by the customers at the physical store which not only allows the customer to spend more time at the site, it allows us to form a deeper relationship with the customer which is the most important aspect of any business. Lastly, the inventory system will also include just in time inventory which will allow us to monitor the supply surplus that the inventory has and calculate it properly which will allow us to reduce wastage and the need to stock up a large inventory as the inventory can essentially be arranged when the current store location actually needs it.Explanation / Answer
Lastly, we are using just in time inventory which will help us in having the product stock all the time without any chance of going out of stock. This method also helps us in monitoring the surplus supply and also in calculating it properly to reduce the wastage. The inventory for a store can be easily arranged now as we can find out when we need to stock up a large inventory based on the just in time inventory analysis.
