Another industry that has made use of information systems could be retail stores and big companies like Walmart make excessive use of this technology to allow them to create an efficient system for their business. They make use of big data and analytics as part of their regular environment to allow them to predict the trends, manage their inventory and essentially allow them to create profits in an easier sense. Information systems have changed the job market by allowing more jobs in the relevant field of data analytics and scientists while, essentially creating a system which would allow lesser wastage and hence, more jobs can be created for managing the work. Over time, this would allow companies to be able to optimize their systems to a point where they can create more jobs from. The same. Amount of processes and essentially create a large industry.

Also, a department of analysis and management also needs the access to this data in order to create an efficient system which has been created from the requirements of all the necessary processes.
