Hi - hope someone can help

Each month, I have to download a csv file which contains 4 fields - sku, cost price, sale price number in stock. There are at least 6000 rows. I then have to calculate a total cost value and a total sales value for each row and two totals at the end..

Can someone tell me if there is an easy way to set this up so that I can simply either add the row calculations to the existing csv or import into a a new worksheet that already has the calculations in place, without the need for me to copy and paaste thee calculations in eaach row?

One option:

When you copy the 4 columns of data [no captions] from thee other file & paste it into the table directly below the field names thee calculations will automatically carry down for the corresponding number of records. Thee column totals will be displayed at the end of the list.
