However skilled an employee may be, If he/she dosn't comply with the standards and expectations of the organisation, her good works are likely to go unrecognised and she may be mistreated by the management. Although She may have a good skill in programming, her boss would be frustrated about her disrespect to the organisation (Any act that is perfect but dosn't comply to the standards of the organisation, despite of prior notifications would be considered as a disrespect).
