part 1:
while reading I came across of an article by Zareen Husain on the topic effective communication brings successful organizational change. so basically this article describes the process of managing change in organizations with the help of effective communications during the process. it defines the organizational communication channel and its present objectives related to the customers. the objectives their advantages are also described. it highlights the variable factors of communication which have proven to be useful for the successful changes in business environment and improve its overall growth.
now the organization change is the most vital and common process which were followed by many firms throughout the time. the recent study reveals that change also brings lots of suffering which harm the business in one way or other.for any organization the customer is the gold rice which decides the fate of the frim, if any firm needs to grow or even just to survive then they need a good customer base. in this world where everyone is competing for the same customer at same market then attract the customer and make them buy your product or services is a difficult task.
communication the most ancient network which was first used way back, we cant think humankind without this network. as we are all working under the same tag of globalization then it is necessary to contact the customer in the more pleasant way without hurting their sentiments. so it is important for any type of organization to understand the communication while changing or implementing several changes in the communication process, they need to understand the target customer first before any change.

as time is changing then we need to start from the very basic step because as the new technology comes people overlook the basic necessity and after sometimes when the change didn't work well they get suffer the loss in the business. so firstly we need to start from the basic, why we need the change and who is the customer, are they need it? start with the simple question then only apply the change. when we have all the answers then only the change or implement can be applied.
there are five methods of communication the business: VoIP (voice over internet protocol), Email, phone , social media, videoconferencing.
so the question arises that who can we improve these methods of communication in such a way that its improve our work and make the communication more easy with customers. as I said earlier we need to understand the customer requirement and condition. let's take an example: a firm of USA wants to establish one unit in the African continent . as they are more advanced in technology than the local people who will be the customers for that company. now the communication plays an important role for them, so they need to establish a method which is suitable for the customer first. like there is no fast internet service there then they need to select that method which is easily available to the customers hence they need to improve that method or medium at the maximum capacity.
hence the communication plays a crucial role for any firm, so they need to implement that method which is more convenient to there target customers.
