Explanation / Answer

Social Networking sites are like mandatory part of most of people life and especially youth and with smart phone available it will accessed whole day long and yes it helps keep connected even to the people whom you don’t have chance to meet but can talk on these sites and see what's going around. It provides a good way of sharing information of what's happening around life and keep us digitized. You can reach out multiple people with one single message rather than going to individual and ask. Similarly professional sites are making it easier to be connected to people of your own area of work and you get to know trending technologies, and it’s easier to search a job and be approached by companies. I believe if we consider a week's time then about on average 70% of time goes on these sites, social networking having more weightage.
