I really don't even know where to begin to look for the answer on this one:

Linkedln has implemented various initiatives in order to succeed in the business world.Linkedln believes in continuous improvement and aligning the product to the changing needs of the customers. Linkedln believes that aligning the product with the changing needs of the customers would lead to success of the product. As the tastes and preferences of the customers change, the product strategies should also align the same, otherwise the product becomes obsolete and would not be liked by the customers anymore.
Few initiatives taken by Linkedln in order to succeed:
Six Sigma : Six Sigma practice has been implemented by Linkedln in order to minimize the errors committed and thus the quality is enhanced for the product being made available to the customers.
TQM : Total Quality is being implemented by the company and thus the overall quality of the product is continually being improved by the company for the product being made available to the customers.Initiatives are being taken to enhance and manage the quality initiatives being taken by the company.
B. As Linkedln is a social networking site,so the quality initiatives are being taken. As a result only quality profiles are being posted on the website and the quality of the profiles are being managed on a consistent basis.
C.Other social networking sites like Facebook beinves in offering innovative practices and variety to the customers.
Facebook comes upwith innovations in their website and their strategies to attract and sustain the customers. It also offers variety of products to the customers.
