Need help with this assignment......This first part of this writing assignment is to submit a one- to two-page Project Proposal document for an application you are submitting for development, which will be reviewed and approved by instructor. Proposal should describe the purpose of your application, the scope of your analysis of the problem, the anticipated stakeholders, and include several functional requirements of the application which you anticipate (don’t go too far with this yet!). You should also attempt to describe some of the non-functional requirements of the application that you envision. Remember that you should not describe specific design details or technology implementations (i.e. the how) at this point.

In today’s era of ever so changing prospects of learning and always being updated and to be job ready. It’s getting tougher day by day to solely depend on generic academic courses. For that we introduce easy to consume and 24/7 available set of courses in the form of online or offline video streams, covering wide range of topic from all of the major sectors like programming, marketing, finance etc.
Scope and Coverage of the application:
We are targeting to create an application with high scalability and wide reachability in order to cover large demography with main focus over teenage to adult professionals. We are not providing an alternate academic solution rather an addon which can enhance the existing education system make graduate and experienced users job ready at all time.
Functional and nonfunctional requirement:
We will provide very fluid and immersive experience to our customers. With extensive features supporting offline content consumption as well.
Though we will start from the system capable of handling few thousand of customer base but the system will be capable enough to scale up and extend to larger set over the time.
The stem will be running 24/7 with high reliability of the service across.
We will creating a robust stem mostly partnering with some cloud provider to ease up our management of the servers and physical requirement so that we can delegate some generic task to dedicated provider and we focus mostly on our targets clearly.
We will be collaborating with industry experts of the subject matter who will generate the content for our platform on the pay/view model so that we can keep the good contributors well as bring in new talents which can help us grow.
Our revenue will be generating using time based subscription model rather than course based. The student can learn multiple thing parallel and not invest upfront to one thing only.
Though large part of our service will be ready made easy to follow videos of the courses but over the time we might offer one-to-one teaching services to the users at little higher service. Which can help those who require little extra in addition to the normal contents.
