XYZ wishes to encourage high-quality contributions by a wide range of contributors. For this purpose, it plans to extend its current computer system to provide incentives that will reward participation. The incentives are of four categories:
(a) Points for certain types of activity.
(b) Badges given as recognition of specific accomplishments.

a. Points for every activity should be given. This will show contributors that even a small conribution means a lot to system. This will encourage them to complete their milestones based on which we can provide badges to them.
b. Badges will also provide recognition to individuals based on their contribution which they will be proud of.
c. Each contribution needs to be monitored and a positive feedback shoud be provided to contributor. Best ones should be appreciated and can make it to website highlights with his/her name.
d. Based on all above categories bonus rewards should be given if individual completes these in specified time. Rewards can also be given an individual is regular in his/her contribution. Bonus rewards for completing each milestone.
These all will encourage individuals to contribute more and as the content is being monitored, they will be providing more valid and appropriate content.
