Step I - Office Design plays an important role in enhancing the productivity and well being of workforce in addition to make the processes more efficient and organized. An office should have flexible layout to change effortlessly as per requirement. It should also be able to accomodate the futue needs or changes caused due to change in technology, and complement the needs to accomodate the gadgets and electricals. It should have an aesthetic appeal to make people comfortable and productive, and should be soothing and relaxing, both to the body and eyes, to improve productivity and well being.
Adoption of some of these trends may help to enhance productivity of the people and improve the efficiency at the workplace, in addition to make the office look swanky, organized and complementing the needs and tasks of company's hard working team members.
