Explanation of interchange of the Pay Raise of David Bruce and Victor Munoz: when I compare the performance of the David Bruce and Victor Munoz because of the experience ratings Victor got less so I feel he should get the amount offered to David according to the performance as performance is the main view when productivity of the organization is concerned so I’m interchanging the amount.
