1) The four organizational levels in a company are Top Management, Middle Management, Lower Management,Operational Employees.
2) Most of the companies offer bothin-store and web based sales...
Some of the examples are: flipkart company, reliance mart, restaurants.
I like Reliance marts more likely since these reliance are large group of companies and they have
a very large number of customers in both retail and online and they offer good pay with decent
principles.
3) Empowerment means sharing information with employees so that they can take initiative and they
take their iwn decisions , new ideas to solve problems easily and to increment performance.
Team structure and motivation are few of examples of Empowerment.
4) Types of information systems used in large company are:
i) Decision support systems
ii) transaction processing system
iii) Executive support system
iv) Management information system
Typically we wont found (i) & (iii) that is Decision support system and Executive support system in small firms..
since the projects that are received by small firms not so wanted these information systems and also employees regarding this
sector are not avialable in smaller firms.
