I want to design database related to the cosmetic products for online shopping website.Before designing the database i should gather the information from users by conducting interviews.The mostly frequently questions that i will ask the customers as what are brands that you like most? what are the fields that you frequently visit while checking the product or before buying the product.? what type of payment u can do wheather online payment or COD.? what type of offers you like the most? whtat is your daily need of products? what products do you need rarely? what other things do you need or want or like? By gathering such requirements from the customers i can easily design the tables which includes such informaton like specifications of the product which the customer can view in just seconds of time without wasting too much on website.I can easlily include only those products in the database which customers require without introducing unuseful products which could no longer be used by the customers frequently..by doing all this i can design the relation schema very well as per the customers need. And when the taste of customers changes or due to the some other economic causes we need to change the specifications and price of products as per new demands.
