My ideal candidate is the management graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the required field with very good communication skills. The experience of leading a team and motivating them to accomplish the objective is the most important requirement as qualification in the candidate. Besides, the competency in technical skills is another important requirement in the candidate. The negotiable consideration is the percentage of marks or grade the candidate has achieved as a part of academic qualification.
On the basis of the document, I receive, I will ascertain the suitability of the candidates for the job. It will help in screening the candidates for the next round of the interview process. Besides, I will categorize the different information into different sheets so that comparison can be done that will help me in taking the informed decision.
