Explanation / Answer

Unclear or missing business requirements may be the cause for project failure. It is very important to set the purpose and objectives for the project. All other steps, work breakdown structure of the project, critical as well as non-critical activities are very much linked to meet the requirements of various stakeholders of the project. Unless until there is clarity about the missing business requirements at the planning stage of project, it is difficult to formulate, plan, organize, and execute the project successfully.
