The paper is a reflection of your experience within the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program and it should reflect your critical assessment of the level of achievement of the BBA degree program outcomes listed below:

In which of these learning outcomes do you judge yourself to have achieved significant proficiency? Provide examples of the work you have done throughout the course of your BBA degree to support your response.
With regards to the five BBA degree outcomes, where do you judge yourself to have achieved less proficiency? Where or in what courses or experiences within the course of the BBA Degree program did these challenges manifest the most? Explain fully and provide examples.
Reflecting on your BBA degree experience, what would you have done differently to overcome the challenges reflected in the learning outcomes in which you judge yourself to have less proficiency?

In which of these learning outcomes do you judge yourself to have achieved significant proficiency? Provide examples of the work you have done throughout the course of your BBA degree to support your response.

I would rate myself (out of five) 3, 4.5, 4, 3.5, 3.5 in the above said function respectively. I had a decent level of business communication but using the courses in management helped me in practical business communication especially in digital communication. Also business courses helped me to understand the various ethical issues in day-to-day business activities and I acquired significant knowledge in using frameworks to solve ethical dilemma problems. Dealing with business cases studies from various parts of the world helped to understand the global business dynamics. Though I didn’t acquire hands-on experience in the global business scenario, i did acquire significant exposure to global business

I guess I achieved significant level of proficiency in integrating major principles of the business subjects in making business decisions. Business management degree is about the basics and I felt I needed to have a stronghold of basics. So, I have always been involved in studying the principles. I have applied those principles for various projects big and small have mentioned some notable experiences.
I created a marketing strategy for an e-commerce website and a mobile recharge website during my internship using the principles especially that of marketing. I also completed a live project for DICOM database software. I created the marketing plan for them and helped them in launching the software. I was also part of my college rock festival, for which I promoted and increased footfalls.
I used principles from my major subject especially that of marketing in all the projects mentioned above
With regards to the five BBA degree outcomes, where do you judge yourself to have achieved less proficiency? Where or in what courses or experiences within the course of the BBA Degree program did these challenges manifest the most? Explain fully and provide examples.
I achieved less in terms of using business tools. This was very challenging for me in marketing and operations. Business tools help us to offer a significant advantage in terms of structuring issues and facing complex problems.
I lagged behind in using excel tools, SPSS ETC. This troubled me in marketing and marketing research where we used a lot of numbers and statistics methods like cluster analysis, factor analysis. In operations, it was especially difficult for me during scheduling and planning problems
Reflecting on your BBA degree experience, what would you have done differently to overcome the challenges reflected in the learning outcomes in which you judge yourself to have less proficiency?
I would have spent more time in using business tools especially in solving problems. I would have taken more business case studies related to use of such tools e.g. using SPSS for cluster analysis. I would have asked my friends who excelled in using such tools for more help
