It features different customers enjoying Starbucks products and availing benefits of the loyalty rewards offered by the company in form of discounted prices, customised and personalised offerings and prompt service.

Though the ad communicates the message with clarity, it focuses on individual customers of certain demography. It could have featured families with kids, college students and teens which form a sizeable chunk of its customers. The background music as well as attire of the models could be more eye catching and engaging with customers with little changes. The ad also lacks energy and enthusiasm which is closely associated with coffee.
