b) Universal Standards- This follows universal standards.
c) Information Density- The information density is good.
d) Personalization/Customization- They modify their offerings based on purchase behavior of customers.
The following features are implemented poorly:-
a) Global Reach- This site doesn't have global reach. Only the country-specific population can make purchases from this site.
b) Richness- Audio video files can't be saved to the customer's account.
c) Interactivity- Two-way communication is not possible.
d) Social Technology- Customer reviews are not possible on the website.

The Internet is a network of networks. The routers connect the networks. The most efficient way to connect to the network is found by the routers. The networks in a region are connected through MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) or WAN (Wide Area Network). Then repeaters amplify the data. Then Bridges connect WANs or MANs. After this we have servers or clients. Servers provide service to various clients.

The major attacks one could experience:
a) Denial of Service attack.
