Explanation / Answer
Answer : Since the organization cannot afford to make a mistake in building the new system , So , I would give some suggestions for developing an information system that could support a new area within their organization :-
(i) Before taking any further step , The Organization should make such a policies and rules ( Under the consideration with Budget Constraint ) in which there should be a planning for developing a sophisticated information system which could esily support basic tasks and as well as should be enough capable to handle complex bugs and glitches.
(ii) Developed System should have enough functionality as well as should be enough Reliable and Scalable which could easily troubleshoot the further upgrades in the system if required , which would be very Cost Effective.
(iii) Planning for the System should be managed under the consideration of less technical errors as well as under the consideration of the fulfillment of the business needs.
