Ineffective performers don't perform their jobs on time and do not contribute effectively to the growth of the organization. They often miss the deadlines and their quality of work is not up to the mark.

Hence organizational productivity dips down.

Following recommendation can help a manager:

If an employee's problem is hindering his performance, talk to him and help him resolve it. Let him talk a day off, suggest him some person who may be of some help to him. A manager should be tolerant up to the extent where the employee is atleast trying to solve his problem and is trying to keep his personal problems aside and not allow it affect his performance.
