This week you were introduced to the Market of Resources concept, as well as technical requirements that are needed to assist with A/VE integration. When considering the role of information architecture within the technical requirements, what security elements should be considered when supporting the integration process? What are the barriers that could potentially hinder an alignment to agile principles?

The security elements which need to be considered when supporting the integration process are:
Have an in-depth analysis of the scrum. Have an every print approach, where security user stories are made available in Sprints. There would be a need of security expert in the team, which can prove to be costly.
Security stories can be analyzed and built separately.It might delay the overall development cycle. Have secure scrum in place, which focuses on the development of secure software.
Barriers which hinder the alignment to agile principles are:
Lack of commercially viable models which are can keep pace with the change in technology. Lack of change in culture is also a major hinder to alignment of agile principles. There is always conservatism at play.
Adhering to agile model needs contracts which have strong governance architecture and a risk sharing model. Contracts need to identify rights and responsibilities of the parties. Lack of this contract is a major barrier to alignment of agile principles.
