2) Employee nee to update their skills on central portal.
3) The update from employees will require selecting the tools and equipments from categories and then subcategories.
4) They also need to grade themselves for each skill(out of 10)
5) The employees can also mention appropriate certifications for their skills
6) Employees also need to update their skills from time to time in portal(preferebly every quarter)
