1. Organisation culture:

- One important thing that every employee would look at is the organisation culture.

- As an organisation culture out organization emphasizes on exciting and innovating selling techniques.

2. Work environment: I would emphazise on the exciting environment which we have like

- employees can go grow very quickly in case they exhibit companies culture and increase in productivity
