After the through reading and review of the Contract, i really would not enter in to the contract.First thing is this contract cannot be amended. If the agreement needs to be made as it is, then it is not a right choice. There are too many flaws in the contract which should not have been there. According to me below are the unjustified rules which are in the contract and hence i would not enter the contract
1) Rental terms may change. There is no gaurentee that the Rent remains same atleasr for 1year. It can happen even monthly which is not very acceptable
2) There is no gaurentee that you will get payment notice for the particular month. we may get it or we may not
3) Once the space is accepted for storage it may not be changed. Once the facility meets the needs it needs tobe accepted AS-IS
4) we are not supposed to store for the value more than $5000. It may not be appropriate since we cannot predict the future
5) Company is not responsibile for any loss damage to the property they have stored.Even though we pay the rent and many other additonal charges, company is not responsible. There is no safety to the stored items, it needs to be stored at own risk
6) The limitation of Lien liability is not satisfactory. Company enfore the lien by selling the personal property stored
in our space. Any money received by selling company will fullfill for lein.
7) The company does not provide any gaurentee for the items stored in space. There seems to be no pint of paying the money and storing when there is no safety.
8) The monthly rental due dates are really confusing. It has too many flaws, it should have been made easy to understand
