Computer based training is very beneficial to thos trainees who are learning something more theoritical . For example if they are trainees for teaching profession or some software profession, this method will be very useful. But for pilots this method is not recommendable because pilots need to learn from experiences and computers will not give that . This is the limitations of CBT as experience cannot be shared by them and for experience we need human interaction. Hence this methods did not work here as experienced by Simuflite.
