Excel is used to create spreadsheet which accepts all the formula and it perform all calculation.
Excel will be used to create business track system here we can perform data analysis and calculations on large spread sheet .Hence it is used for business analysis . There is multiuser authorizing feature where the data is shared skydrive where all the users who are interested can view the spreadsheet data.
Reading the data and display them as a chart is the feature that can be done in excel which can be alternatively done in word.Here there is the separate spreadsheet in word where the data can be entered and chart is obtained which is possible both in excel as well as word.
The advantage of this practice is that the style of the table can be easily changed.The data that has been already stored in excel spreadsheet can be used to draw charts .
