There are various benefits of having a Project Management office as it basically reduces the workload of the normal working members in the organization. It basically makes it easier for the organization to run as the goals and the objectives and the resorces needed to achieve those objectives are analyzed by the PMO. So, the organization just need to follow the instructions of the PMO in order to achieve those objectives. If the instructions of the PMO are followed properly and work is done according to them, than one can definitely ecpect some positive and good returns. Having a PMO is very important as they are professional in their work and take various responsibilites which can be trusted. 7 out of 10 cases are found to have got better returns after having PMO in their organizations.
