Price is not the only factor that needs to be developed, comfort and service must also be targeted inorder to gain competitive advantage. An airline manager must make sure that excellent service is provided to the passengers by the staff and the seating must be made confortable when compared to the competitors. Services to the place where demand is more can be increased which increases the attention of people.
